Richard graduated from the University of Northampton with a First Class Degree in Retail Marketing and joined FDS in July 2008.
Richard is responsible for market research and undertakes detailed research reports identifying areas of enhancing the company's products and services, as well as keeping up to date on key information within the franchise market. He now manages FDS Associates' advertising accounts and develops ways in which FDS can work with companies looking to market their services to the franchise sector.
Richard has made important contributions to the FDS range of publications and is also the Editor of The UK Franchise Directory.
