Franchise Development Services (FDS) is looking for Master Franchise Owners to aid the company's worldwide expansion. FDS is particularly keen to establish offices in Portugal, the Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, India and all European markets.

A UK-based company, FDS was founded in 1981 and provides a franchise consultancy service to franchisors and franchise owners. FDS head office specialises in providing a range of corporate activities including:

As part of the franchise package FDS will provide Master Franchise Owners with comprehensive training and support. In addition to this Master Franchise Owners will be able to utilise FDS head office staff and facilities for the launch of their businesses, and experienced head office staff will be continually available to provide ongoing advice and guidance to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day business. Master Franchise Owners will also be expected to make annual visits to the FDS head office in Norwich, England to discuss new marketing strategies and exchange ideas.

FDS is looking for Master Franchise Owners who have the confidence and drive to provide an excellent franchise consultancy service, combined with an understanding of basic legal and financial matters. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a successful track record, either as an owner or a person playing a key role in running a business.

Those looking to own a FDS Master Franchise should ideally have worked for a number of years in the management or business consultancy field with companies like KPMG, Accenture or Price Waterhouse. Candidates also need to be experienced in both selling and delivering comprehensive work programmes. Due to the fact that the role will involve meeting with a variety of business owners, candidates must have the ability to work well with corporate executives and the desire to establish long-term relationships. Above all candidates must be motivated and dedicated to building a strong franchise consultancy business in their country.
